High visual accuracy
Clear, high-definition display
Clear, high-resolution display thanks to its two professional-quality mini-LED screens, with 150 nits brightness and a 115° field of view. A 35-pixel-per-degree resolution delivers an exceptional immersive experience, while variable-resolution aspheric lenses and adjustable colour and contrast levels ensure clarity.
Eye tracking function
Top-quality tracking and foveated rendering
A high-quality eye tracking system with a frequency of 200 Hz collects valuable data on the user's eye movements, useful for training, experience analysis or marketing. In addition, eye tracking enables a foveated rendering technique for a better visual experience.
Varjo Reality Cloud
High-quality XR/VR streaming
Varjo Reality Cloud delivers a powerful VR experience, simplifies the use of VR/XR software and supports Unity and Unreal. It enables visually seamless XR/VR streaming and shifts the rendering load of XR/VR software to powerful offsite GPUs, enabling real-time delivery with high-quality resolution. It also enables smooth collaboration via multi-user sessions without any technical knowledge or local software installation.
|What's inside the box:
Design and comfort - The Varjo XR-3 headband is easily adjustable with buttons on the back and top, and can be tilted up or down via rotary switches on the side. Components are well placed for a balanced weight distribution, while the USB-C cable is neatly tucked away in clips to avoid interference. The PU face cover is easily replaceable with a Velcro strap, and ocular relief can be adjusted automatically or manually via a menu button on the headset.
Tracking - The Varjo Aero is tracked by SteamVR controllers and base stations. For stationary use (3DoF), two base stations are required, while for motion use (6DoF), four base stations are required. With 6DoF, users can move freely around their gaming zone.
Audio - The Aero is equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack and comes with earphones featuring a built-in microphone that can be used to obtain audio while using the device. Another option for audio is to connect wireless headphones via Bluetooth, offering the possibility of wireless audio.
